Modern Slavery Statement

iCON Infrastructure LLP (“iCON”) Modern Slavery Statement

iCON is an independent investment group based in London, New York, Toronto, Paris and Berlin that advises funds with $8 billion of capital. We focus on privately held investments in infrastructure assets in Europe and North America.  These investments span a range of infrastructure sectors including transportation, energy generation, distribution and storage, healthcare, and telecommunications.  iCON’s investors include renowned institutions from the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Middle East and Asia.

As an organisation, we strive to conduct our business with the highest ethical and professional standards.   We have no tolerance for human rights abuses (including modern slavery) in our business and operations.

Our key service providers are generally professional services firms who provide operational, commercial and financial advice for the review of investments made by funds that we advise. We also have suppliers that provide services and hardware, including office equipment, information technology, transport and maintenance services. Given the nature of our business, we consider our potential exposure to modern slavery issues to be low.  Nonetheless we expect our service providers and suppliers (or those that directly or indirectly supply to them) to share similar values and we will implement a review of key service providers to assess their business from a modern slavery risk perspective.

This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and was approved by iCON’s Management Board on 11 July 2023.
