Team

Paul is Senior Partner, Chair of iCON’s Management Board and Investment Committee and is a member of the board of the general partners within the iCON group of funds.

Paul has been investing in infrastructure for over 20 years. He commenced his career over three decades ago at Macquarie Bank, established the team that became iCON within Deutsche Bank in 2004 and then led the spin-out of iCON to become an independent business in 2011.

Paul holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, majoring in Actuarial Studies, and Law (University of Melbourne).

Iain is a Managing Partner and joined the iCON team in 2012. Iain is a member of iCON’s Management Board and the iCON Investment Committee.

Iain has been successfully executing and managing infrastructure investments for over 25 years. He previously spent over 11 years at Deutsche Bank where his roles included EMEA Head of Transportation and Infrastructure and Asia Head of M&A. As well as being highly active in transaction origination, execution and asset oversight, Iain oversees iCON’s investor relations activities and co-heads the coordination of iCON’s global transaction origination.

Iain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies (University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne).

Daniel is a Managing Partner and one of iCON’s founding members. He is a member of iCON’s Management Board and the iCON Investment Committee. Daniel joined the team that subsequently became iCON in 2005.

Daniel has over 20 years of infrastructure experience spanning principal investment, infrastructure financing and project development. Prior to joining iCON, Daniel practised as a project finance lawyer at Freshfields (London) and at Blake Dawson (Australia). Daniel has responsibility for oversight of legal and compliance risk at iCON. He is also engaged in transaction execution and asset oversight throughout Europe.

Daniel holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law (Macquarie University).

Deryk is a Managing Partner and one of iCON’s founding members. Deryk is a member of iCON’s Management Board and the iCON Investment Committee. Deryk is the Chairman of general partners within the iCON group of funds. Deryk joined the team in 2011.

Deryk has over 30 years of CEO and board level experience. Before joining iCON, Deryk was Chairman and CEO of Direct Energy (North America). Deryk was also previously Group Managing Director and a board member at Powergen plc and held various senior management roles with the ICI Group.

Deryk holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry (Oxford) and is a graduate of the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme.

Enis is a Partner and one of iCON’s founding members. Enis is also a member of the iCON Investment Committee and joined the team that subsequently became iCON as an Analyst in 2008. Enis was promoted to Partner in 2019.

Enis has over 15 years of principal investing experience in infrastructure. Prior to joining iCON, Enis worked within the Global Markets division of Deutsche Bank. Enis is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds. Enis also co-heads the co-ordination of iCON’s origination activities globally.

Enis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Amherst College).

Jeremy is a Partner and joined the team in 2012 as an Associate. Jeremy was promoted to Partner in 2021.

Jeremy has over 15 years of corporate finance and infrastructure experience. Prior to joining iCON Jeremy practised as a solicitor with Weil Gotshal & Manges and spent over six years working on private equity and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Jeremy is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (University College Durham).

Kristoff is a Partner and joined the team in 2016 as a Director. Kristoff was promoted to Partner in 2023.

Kristoff has over 25 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Kristoff held various positions of responsibility within the ports and terminals industry including at Terminal Investment Limited, where he was responsible for managing a global portfolio of terminals and at MSC/PSA where he was terminal manager of the MSC Home Terminal in Antwerp. Kristoff is primarily focused on originating and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Kristoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (University of Antwerp). Kristoff has also completed the Middle Management Business programme (Antwerp Management School) and the Financial Management programme (Erasmus University Rotterdam).

Peter is a Partner and one of iCON’s founding members. Peter joined the team at Deutsche Bank, which subsequently became iCON, as an Associate in 2007 and was promoted to Partner in 2019.

Peter has over 20 years of corporate finance and infrastructure experience. Prior to joining iCON, Peter practised as a solicitor with SJ Berwin where he specialised in corporate finance, M&A and leveraged buyouts. Peter is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Kings College London).

Indradoot is iCON’s Chief Investment Officer and first joined the team at Deutsche Bank, which subsequently became iCON, in 2006 as an Analyst.

Indradoot has over 17 years of professional experience. Indradoot is primarily focused on asset oversight and risk management. In his role as Chief Investment Officer, Indradoot manages the iCON Investment Committee process.

Indradoot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (University of Calcutta) and an MBA (Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore). Indradoot is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CFA charterholder.

David is a Managing Director and joined the team in 2015 as an Associate.

David has over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, David practised as a corporate lawyer with Herbert Smith Freehills where he specialised in private equity and domestic and cross border M&A transactions. David is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (University of Warwick) and a post-graduate diploma in Law (LLM).

Nicolas is a Managing Director and joined the team in 2024.

Nicolas has over 20 years of corporate finance and energy sector experience. Prior to joining iCON, he held various positions of responsibility within the power industry including at EDF, where he was responsible for managing the French renewable business and at Akuo, a global renewable IPP where he was CEO. Nicolas is primarily focused on originating, executing, and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Nicolas holds a PhD in Economics from Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He graduated from Sciences Po and is a former student of Normale Sup’ (Fontenay).

Pierre is a Managing Director and joined the team in 2022.

Pierre has 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining the team, Pierre held various leadership positions including Global Head of Infrastructure M&A at Banco Santander, Head of Energy and Infrastructure at CBRE UK and European Head of Energy & Infrastructure at BNPP. Pierre is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments in France.

Pierre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (INSA), an MBA (Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées) and has completed the Corporate Finance Program (London Business School).

Torsten is a Managing Director and joined the team as a Director in 2021.

Torsten has 30 years of professional experience. Torsten started his professional career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc. Prior to joining iCON, he held various senior management positions in the transportation and logistics sector in Germany and in France working for Hapag-Lloyd, Algeco, LPR and Touax. Torsten is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Torsten holds a Master’s degree in Physics (University of Grenoble (France)) and a PhD in Semiconductor Physics (Technical University of Berlin). He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Technical University of Berlin).

Dermot is a Director and joined the team in 2018.

Dermot has over 28 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Dermot held various leadership positions at General Electric where he delivered technical, construction, operational and asset management services across a range of sectors including power generation, oil & gas, industrial and horticulture. Dermot is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Dermot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Trinity College Dublin) and an MBA (Dublin City University).

Joakim is a Director and joined the team in 2017 as an Associate.

Joakim has over ten years of experience. Prior to joining iCON, Joakim was an Investment Banking Associate at DC Advisory. Joakim is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Joakim holds a Master’s degree in Management (Imperial College) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Geneva).

Maximilian is a Director and joined the team in 2020.

Prior to joining iCON, Maximilian was an Investment Banking Vice President at Deutsche Bank. Maximilian is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Maximilian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (University of Mannheim).

Mickael is a Director and joined the team in 2023.

Mickael has over ten years of experience. Prior to joining iCON, Mickael was a Senior Vice President at Ares Management. He started his career in the French M&A team at Goldman Sachs. Mickael is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Mickael holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management (ESSEC Business School).

Mirco is a Director and joined the team in 2015 as an Analyst.

Mirco has over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Mirco was an Investment Analyst at SUSI Partners AG. Mirco is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Mirco holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Universities of Berne and Copenhagen).

Sarah is a Director and joined the team in 2016.

Sarah has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Sarah worked at Centrica where she held a number of roles within group companies where she focused on strategy, M&A and post-merger integration. Sarah is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography (University College London).

Tom is a Director and joined the team in 2023.

Tom has over 15 years of professional experience across a variety of clinical and operational roles. Prior to joining iCON, Tom was Director of Corporate Strategy at MiroBio. Tom has previously worked at McKinsey & Co and was an Associate Professor of Medicine at UCL. Tom is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Tom holds a Master’s degree in Bioscience Enterprise (Cambridge University), as well as a Medical Degree & Bachelor’s in Medical Science (Nottingham University). He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Gerald is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Gerald was a Portfolio Manager (Infrastructure) at Local Pensions Partnership Investments. Gerald is primarily focused on managing the Investment Committee process around investments and asset management.

Gerald holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics (University of Cambridge).

Giorgia is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2018.

Prior to joining iCON, Giorgia was an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Citigroup. Giorgia is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Giorgia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Master’s degree in Finance (Bocconi University).

Jaime is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2020.

Prior to joining iCON, Jaime was an Associate Director at UBS. Jaime is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with Accounting and Finance (University of West of England) and a Master’s degree in Management (London School of Economics).

Kyle is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2018.

Prior to joining iCON, Kyle was an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC. Kyle is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (University of Bath).

Sara is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2023.

Sara has over ten years of experience. Prior to joining iCON, Sara was a Vice President in Macquarie Group’s Infrastructure & Energy Capital division. Sara also has previous experience working as a Senior Vice President at Helios Investment Partners and as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs. Sara is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Sara holds an MBA (Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (American University in Cairo).

Thomas is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2024.

Thomas has 19 years professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, he was responsible for managing Veolia’s energy from waste fleet in the south of the UK. Thomas has also held various leadership roles with General Electric in the power generation and oil and gas sectors. Thomas is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering (University of Limerick) and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineers Ireland.

Jan is a Vice President and joined the team in 2021.

Prior to joining iCON, Jan was an Investment Banking Associate at Citigroup. Jan is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Jan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance (Charles University) and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance (University of St. Gallen).

Rachele is a Vice President and joined the team in 2020.

Prior to joining iCON, Rachele was an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. Rachele is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Rachele holds a Master’s degree in Finance (Bocconi University) and a Master’s degree in International Finance (Nova School of Business and Economics).

Victor is a Vice President and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Victor was an Associate at Allianz Global Investors in the Infrastructure Private Debt team. Victor is primarily focused executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Economics (Maastricht University) and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics (Erasmus University Rotterdam).

Camille is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2021.

Prior to joining iCON, Camille was an Analyst in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure team at RBC Capital Markets. Camille is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Camille holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Grenoble Business School, McGill and Bentley University).

Oliver is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Oliver was an Analyst at DC Advisory where he worked in the Infrastructure team. Oliver is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Vittorio is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Vittorio was an Investment Banking Associate at Greenhill. Vittorio is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Vittorio holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis (London Business School) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Richmond University).

Mathis is an Associate and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Mathis was an Analyst at Macquarie on the Energy and Infrastructure Capital team. Mathis is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Mathis holds a Master’s degree in Management – Grande Ecole and an MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking (EDHEC Business School). 

Matthew is an Associate and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Matthew was an Associate in the Direct Investments team at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund. Matthew is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Matthew holds Bachelors’ degrees in Law and Science, majoring in Chemistry (University of Otago).

Sonia is an Associate and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Sonia was an Associate at Macquarie in the Specialised and Asset Finance team. Sonia is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Sonia holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Boston University) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics (Boston University).

Rory is a Partner and joined the team in 2013 as an Analyst. Rory was promoted to Partner in 2021.

Rory has over 15 years of experience in infrastructure. Prior to joining iCON, Rory worked in Ernst & Young’s infrastructure corporate finance practice. Rory is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Rory holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering (University of Bath) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Ivana is a Partner and joined the team in 2013 as a Director. Ivana was promoted to Partner in 2017.

Ivana has over 20 years of corporate finance, infrastructure and energy sector experience and prior to joining iCON had investment responsibilities at EEA Fund Management, Deutsche Bank and General Electric. Ivana is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Ivana holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (Bocconi University).

Julia is a Managing Director and joined the team in 2023.

Julia has over 14 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Julia held various positions of responsibility spanning origination, development and financing of North American projects at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. Julia is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Julia holds a law degree (Cornell Law School) and Bachelor’s degree in Finance (NYU’s Stern School of Business).

Ben is a Director and joined the team in 2023.

Ben has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Ben held various senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Managing Director at C Spire, a privately-held telecommunications carrier and managed services provider. Ben is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Leadership studies (Birmingham-Southern College) and a J.D. (University of Virginia School of Law).

Chris is a Director and joined the team in 2025.

Chris has over 30 years of professional experience and has held several senior leadership roles in corporate development, finance and operations. Chris joined iCON from Ports America, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Development, leading the company’s strategy development and execution, M&A and joint venture oversight. Chris is primarily focused on overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan.

Áine is a Senior Vice President and joined the team as an Associate in 2017.

Áine has over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Aine practised as a lawyer in the Banking and Finance group at Fasken in Toronto. Áine is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Áine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Law (University College Dublin) and a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Toronto).

Alex is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Alex was a Vice President at American Infrastructure Funds. Alex is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics (University of California) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (The Wharton School). Alex is a CFA charterholder.

Mariah is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2025

Prior to joining iCON, Mariah was a Vice President at The Carlyle Group, concentrating on renewable energy and broader infrastructure. Mariah is primarily focused on originating, executing, and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Mariah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and in Economics from Vassar College.

Ryan is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Ryan was a Vice President at Macquarie Asset Management. Ryan is primarily focused on originating, executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Finance (The College of William & Mary).

Arthur is a Vice President and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Arthur practised as an M&A lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis. Arthur is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Arthur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (University of Maryland) and a JD (Columbia Law School).

Eric is a Vice President and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Eric was an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies. Eric is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance (Bentley University).

Cliona is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Cliona was an Investment Banking Associate in the Public Finance Group at Citigroup. Cliona is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Cliona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy (University of California, Berkeley).

Ethan is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Ethan was an Investment Associate at BlackRock Real Assets. Ethan is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree in History (Amherst College).

Will is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Will was an Investment Associate at Axium Infrastructure. Will is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Davidson College).

William is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, William was an Investment Banking Associate at Nomura Greentech. William is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Dartmouth College).

Emelia is an Associate and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Emelia was an Investment Banking Associate at Wells Fargo on the Corporate Finance team. Emelia is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Emelia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting (The Wharton School).

Emma is an Associate and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Emma was an Associate at Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Emma is primarily focused on executing and overseeing investments across iCON’s funds.

Emma holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (University of Southern California, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Bocconi University).

Caroline is iCON’s Head of Compliance and joined the team in 2019.

Caroline has over twelve years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Caroline worked for Octopus Capital, advising the institutional businesses on compliance. Caroline is primarily responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing iCON’s systems and controls to ensure compliance with FCA and SEC regulations.

Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Mental Philosophy (University of Edinburgh) and was called to the Bar in 2010.

Charles is iCON’s Head of ESG and Safety and joined the team in 2022.

Charles has 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Charles held various leadership positions within industry including at WSP where he was a Technical Director and at DP World where he was the Global Environmental Manager. Charles is primarily responsible for ensuring ESG aspects are integrated into iCON’s investment process and asset oversight activities.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography (University of Birmingham) and a Master’s degree in Marine Resource Management (Heriot-Watt University).

Chris is Head of Finance and joined the team in 2017 as an Analyst.

Prior to joining iCON, Chris was an Audit Senior at KPMG. Chris is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (University of Manchester) and is a member of the Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Helen is iCON’s Head of Tax and joined the team in 2022.

Helen has over ten years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Helen practised as a tax lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for over 13 years, advising clients on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, finance transactions and equity and debt capital markets transactions. In her role Helen is responsible for overseeing the tax matters of iCON, its respective funds and the tax considerations of prospective investments.

Helen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with Law Studies in Europe (France) (Oxford University) and a post-graduate diploma in legal studies (BPP College of Professional Studies).

Naz is iCON’s Head of Human Resources and joined the team in 2022.

Naz has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to iCON, Naz was the International Head of Human Resources at HPS Investment Partners and also Human Resources Director and Head of Talent for Bridgepoint. Naz is primarily responsible for delivering iCON’s people strategy and advising portfolio companies on strategic people matters.

Naz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (University of Birmingham) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources (London South Bank University).

Simon is iCON’s Head of Debt Finance and joined the team in 2023.

Simon has over a decade of professional experience.  Prior to joining iCON, Simon was a Director at DC Advisory, advising infrastructure clients on refinancings and acquisition financings. In his role as Head of Debt Finance, Simon works alongside the Investment Team to lead on debt structuring and execution.

Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Trinity College Dublin) and a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics (Warwick Business School).

Tim is iCON’s Head of IT and Digital Transformation and joined the team in 2021.

Tim has over 25 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Tim was the Global Head of Enterprise Technology at Reckitt Benckiser. Tim is primarily focused on overseeing IT aspects relating to iCON’s portfolio companies and developing and implementing iCON’s IT strategy and capabilities across the firm.

Jen is Head of Legal and joined the team in 2023.

Jen has over nine years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Jen was a Managing Associate at Linklaters, advising financial sponsor clients on infrastructure transactions. Jen provides legal advice and support to the Investment Team and the wider iCON business.

Laura is the Company Secretary and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Laura was a Trust and Corporate Administrator at a UHNW Family Office, and had previously worked as a Family Office Operations Manager and Trust Specialist.

Laura is primarily focused on corporate administration and corporate governance.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from University College London, and has obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law, and an LLM in Corporate Governance from the University of Law.

Trevor is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2022.

Trevor has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining iCON, Trevor was the Head of Manufacturing Technology at Reckitt Benckiser. Trevor is involved in developing and implementing iCON’s IT strategy and capabilities and providing IT advisory support to iCON’s portfolio companies.

Trevor holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics (University of Canterbury).

James is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2015 as an Analyst.

Prior to joining iCON, James was a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Kingston Smith. James is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting and tax reporting for iCON and its funds.

James holds an Master’s degree in Physics and French (Nottingham University).

Deversh is a Vice President and joined the team in 2021.

Prior to joining iCON, Deversh was an Auditor at PwC. Deversh is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

Deversh holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Imperial College London) and is a member of the Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Rebecca is a Vice President and joined the team in 2020.

Prior to joining iCON, Rebecca was an Assistant Manager at KPMG. Rebecca is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (University of Newcastle).

Darryl is an IT Manager and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Darryl was an Infrastructure Lead at Baringa Partners LLP. Darryl is involved in implementing iCON’s IT Strategy and capabilities and cyber security.

Bella is an Associate and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Bella was a Senior Associate at EY in the energy sector. Bella is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

Bella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (Durham University).

Dan is an Associate and joined the team in 2022.

Prior to joining iCON, Dan was a Senior Associate at Evelyn Partners (formerly Tilney Smith & Williamson). Dan is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (Cardiff University).

Flora is a Human Resources Associate and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Flora was a People Operations Project Specialist at Hg. Flora is primarily focused on supporting the firm across the full range of HR activities.

Flora holds a degree in Classical Literature and Civilisation from the University of Birmingham.

Jacob is an Associate and joined the team in 2019.

Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (University of Bath) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Louise is an ESG & Sustainability Specialist and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Louise was an ESG Associate at Octopus Energy Generation. Louise is primarily focused on integrating ESG considerations throughout the investment lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on data integrity, reporting, and driving sustainability initiatives across portfolio companies.

Louise holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change Management and Finance from Imperial College Business School, London.

Sorcha is an Associate and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Sorcha was an Audit Assistant Manager at Blick Rothenberg. Sorcha is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting and tax reporting for iCON and its funds.

Sorcha holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (University of Vienna) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Hugo is an Analyst and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Hugo was an Assistant Manager at EY. Hugo is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, tax reporting, and valuations for iCON and its funds.

Hugo holds a Bachelor’s degree in History (University of Oxford). Hugo is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Lizzy is a Compliance Analyst and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Lizzy was a Legal Operations Associate at Taconic Capital Advisors. Lizzy is primarily focused on compliance and risk monitoring, as well as overseeing compliance training.

Lizzy holds a PhD in English Literature (University of Exeter).

Max is an Analyst and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Max was an Assistant Manager at KPMG. Max is primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Geography (University College London). Max is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Stephen is a Finance Administrator and joined the team in 2025.

Prior to joining iCON, Stephen was an Accounts Payable Assistant at GRIDSERVE. Stephen is primarily focused on administrative support for the Finance Team.

Rishi is a Partner, iCON’s Head of Investor Relations and one of iCON’s founding members. Rishi joined the team at Deutsche Bank, which subsequently became iCON, as an Associate in 2008. Rishi was promoted to Partner in 2023.

Rishi has over 18 years of professional experience. Since joining iCON, Rishi has held positions of responsibility across various areas including investment origination and execution, asset oversight and recruitment. With the benefit of this experience, Rishi now head’s iCON’s Investor Relations team and leads iCON’s fundraising, investor relations and investor communications initiatives.

Rishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (London School of Economics) and a Master’s degree in International Securities and Banking (ICMA Centre).

Joel is a Senior Vice President and joined the team in 2016 as an Analyst.

Prior to joining iCON, Joel was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Joel is primarily focused on iCON’s fundraising, investor relations and investor communications initiatives.

Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (London School of Economics).

Joanna is a Vice President and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Joanna was a Project and Infrastructure Finance Associate at Morgan Stanley. Joanna is primarily focused on iCON’s fundraising, investor relations and investor communications initiatives.

Joanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (London School of Economics) and a Master’s degree in Investment Management (Bayes Business School, City University).

Maggie is Head of Business Support and joined the team in 2023.

Prior to joining iCON, Maggie was an Executive Assistant for the International Region at Whole Foods Market and Aprirose Real Estate Investment. Maggie is primarily focused on administrative and scheduling support.

Brian joined the team in 2023 and is an Office Manager and Communications Specialist in North America.

Prior to joining iCON, Brian was Executive Assistant to the CFO of KKR and worked in Business Operations for a biotech startup, Coyne Scientific.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre (Rollins College, Florida).

Bell is the Team Assistant for the London office and joined the team in 2024.

Prior to joining iCON, Bell was a Family PA in the private sector. Bell is primarily focused on administrative support.

Bell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Royal Agricultural University ).

Faith is the Team Assistant for the London office and joined the team in 2023.
